Built in 2022 and still the system of record four years on. That is the result worth stating: an internal tool built by one person usually survives a few months before people drift back to a spreadsheet and memory. This one didn't — colleagues were onboarded onto it, it has been maintained rather than abandoned, and day-to-day stock decisions still go through it. With 1,000+ items, staying accurate is a question of upkeep rather than setup, and the upkeep is the part that lasted.
