An internal tracker built to give real-time visibility into concurrent industrial projects — recording task duration, status and staff accountability so nothing depends on memory or a scattered spreadsheet.

Result
Built in 2022 and still the day-to-day reference four years on. Trackers are easy to start and hard to keep: the usual failure isn't the tool, it's that people stop updating it and it quietly becomes fiction. This one stayed current across concurrent live jobs — which means task duration, status and ownership are answerable from a record rather than from whoever happens to remember.
