AlpAccess — Corporate Site Rebuild

Year
2026
Location
Ploiești, Romania
Role
Design & Development
The rebuilt AlpAccess homepage, with a rope-access technician working above a refinery and the company's services summarised below
Overview

AlpAccess has run industrial access, protection and repair work out of Ploiești since 2003. The rebuild began with an audit of the existing site rather than a blank page: every live URL was mapped to its replacement before any new page was written. Service, industry, project and insight pages are each driven by content files through a single template, and the site runs bilingual throughout.

The Challenge

Replacing a site a real business already receives enquiries through makes the migration matter more than the redesign. Losing existing search positions or breaking inbound links would cost the company more than a dated layout ever did.

Process
  1. 01Audited the existing site and produced an old-to-new URL map before writing a single new page
  2. 02Drove service, industry, project and insight pages from content files through one template each
  3. 03Built the quote and contact flow with validation, rate limiting and Resend delivery
  4. 04Documented everything still needing the company's confirmation instead of filling the gaps with invented copy
Result

The rebuild carries the company's whole published record across rather than a marketing summary of it — 38 project case studies and 17 technical articles, with the Romanian taken from AlpAccess's own published copy rather than machine-translated, because technical language that reads authoritative and is subtly wrong costs more than no translation at all. Every old URL has a mapped replacement, so the enquiries the existing site already generates survive the cutover. Where a fact couldn't be sourced it went into a review document instead of being filled with plausible text: the company gets a list of what to confirm, not a site quietly asserting things on its behalf.
