AI Operations Command Center
- Year
- 2026
- Role
- Product Design & Full-Stack Development
Outcome
Version 1 observes, analyses, summarises, reports and verifies — and by design never runs commands on a workstation or changes a project. Every approval, rejection and verification a person makes is written to an audit log.
Overview
As AI agents took on more of AlpAccess's software work, nobody had one place to see what they were doing. The command center collects activity from approved workstations into a single live view: what changed, what was completed, whether builds and tests passed, what a person verified, and what needs approval next.
Process
- 01Designed shared, provider-agnostic event contracts so any AI tool can report in the same shape
- 02Built a small agent bridge that runs on approved workstations and watches only approved project folders
- 03Built the hub: logins and roles, a live activity feed, an analysis engine and reports
- 04Added Eve, a voice assistant with a wake word that answers operations questions from recorded data
- 05Added monitoring for deployed apps: uptime, response time and certificates
